Kenneth Lomba's 28-year law enforcement career began as a member of the Deputy Sheriff's Association, where he quickly recognized the need for strong union representation and advocacy for officer rights.

His leadership journey progressed from shop steward for 2 years to Board of Director, and ultimately to President of the Deputy Sheriff's Association for 8 years. During his presidency, Kenneth successfully negotiated 3 collective bargaining agreements, consistently securing some of the best contracts in DSA history.
